Drive Medical Cobalt X23Drive Medical is the manufacturer of quite a few electric wheelchair models, and their Cobalt line are in the lower end of the price range scale overall. Drive Medical Cobalt X23 is offered for sale on many websites and boasts just about all of of the same features of the other Drive Medical models. It comes in at a weight of 121 pounds (54.9 kilograms) with battery. The base is 52 pounds (23.6 kilograms), batteries are 28 pounds (12.7 kilograms), and the rest of the components including seat total 41 pounds (18.6 kilograms). It is constructed well enough that it can accommodate passengers weighing up to 250 pounds (113.4 kilograms) with a seat that is 16 inches wide x 15 inches long (40.6 centimeters wide x 38.1 inches long). The overall dimensions of the Cobalt X23 are 38.5 inches x 24 centimeters x 37 centimeters (97.8 centimeters x 61 centimeters x 94 centimeters). It can not be folded but it can be taken apart for transport. Even though it can not be folded, it can still be stored in a car/SUV trunk. It may require a car lift, since certain people will not be able to lift it without support of a car lift. Unless it is taken apart, but even then the base weighs over 50 pounds.

Now, in terms of the performance specifications, the overall size determines that the turning radius is about 29 inches (73.7 centimeters), so keep that in mind. Handles simple outdoor mobility fairly, such as paved sidewalks & flat surfaces, but may be limited as to the terrains it can roll on. It can reach a top speed of 4 miles per hour (6.4 kilometers per hour) and can last for up to 7 miles (11.3 kilometers) of continuous use per battery charge. We were unable to determine how long it takes to charge battery from empty to full. Now in terms of power, it can can climb hills of up to 6 degrees.
