This is an Authentic EZ Lite Cruiser Deluxe Foot Rest Height Adjusting Kit, which can be retracted to shorten the length of the foot rest plate position for different height users. This is helpful mainly for shorter users who need to shorten the distance from the edge of the seat down to the foot rest plate.
Adjusts Foot Rest Plate from 19" (Lowest) up to 15.5" (Highest) from the edge of the seat. Further modification can be made to shorten the distance of the foot rest plate to the seat cushion even more by using a metal cutting saw to trim these pieces, as shown here.
