Replace Arm Rest Clip - Standard Model
How to Replace the Arm Rest Clip on the EZ Lite Cruiser Standard Model (2nd Generation)
You've identified that the arm rest does not stay down. This happens if the latch breaks or wears down to the point where it no longer attaches to the underside of the piston assembly.
To replace it, simply wedge a flat head screwdriver in between the piston and the clip. Push the clip off of the pivot point on the piston.
Next, take your new arm rest clip, and insert one hole through on of the pivot points on the piston. Once secured on one side, use the flat head screwdriver to gently bend the other tab of the clip on to the second pivot point.
Test the arm rest to make sure the arm rest clip is installed properly. If it is, the arm rest will lock down and remain locked.
