It takes the Voltage coming out of your Car Cigarette Lighter receptacle and Outputs the required Voltage needed to recharge your Battery. This charger can connect Directly to your Battery, so you can charge the battery right from the Car Cigarette Lighter receptacle, or you can connect it to the Joystick port, to charge the Battery while it is On-Board the EZ Lite Cruiser.
